Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greets all customers promptly; provides timely professional service.
• Conducts vehicle inspection checklist for the incoming and outgoing units with prepared repair order.
• Uses computer systems to look up customer’s service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage information.
• Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
• Asks relevant questions regarding repair or service requests to ensure proper servicing of the vehicle.
• Estimates cost and completion time/settles customer accounts. Suggests additional services that the Service Department offers.
• Communicates with customers about the status of work and explains technical information about repairs to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate of Any Business Course or Marketing Management.
• Has an Auto service industry background.
• Must know how to care for customers and company vehicles.
• Must be able to build rapport with customers.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
