Job Description
A Motorized Collection Officer is a vital position in our company’s collection department. You will be responsible for efficiently collecting outstanding dues and payments from customers within designated areas.
As a Motorized Collection Officer, you will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain good relations with customers. You will utilize your strong negotiation abilities to recover overdue payments and address customer concerns and complaints.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular visits to customers’ residences or businesses to collect payments, maintaining accurate records of collections and payments, and ensuring timely submission of collected funds to the designated office.
Requirements:
- Valid driving license
- Minimum high school diploma
- Prior experience in collections or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
