Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- WITH OWN MOTORCYCLE
- At least 3 years’ related work experience
- With a background in financing institution
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with the different Loan and financial processes is an advantage
- Honest & trustworthy, “Can Do” attitude, with a great sense of responsibility, resourceful and flexible. Creative and can think out-of-the-box.
BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote, offer, and secure loans via door-to-door marketing
- Verify and confirm the authenticity of the borrower’s information and requirements in accordance with company policies & procedures
- Release loan proceeds to borrowers
- Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns, and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments
- Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts
- Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies
- Analyze the market’s potential
- Provide market and competitor’s analysis as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed
