Job Description
- Pick up and receive documents
- Pay charges at forwarders and shipping lines
- Pay charges at PLDT/NGCP etc.
- Coordinates with brokerage & international department for everyday assignment
- Ensure that delivery is done in a timely manner
- Constant communication with the person in charge to address concerns promptly
- Maintain records of daily trips in the log book/itinerary report
- Confirm deliveries by checking into the office after each delivery
