Job Description
As a Motorpool Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our motorpool department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient utilization and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles.
You will be responsible for coordinating vehicle assignments, scheduling maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will be required to manage a team of drivers, monitoring their performance and providing training when necessary.
To excel in this role, you must possess strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. You should be familiar with vehicle maintenance protocols and have a keen eye for detail. Additionally, effective communication skills are crucial, as you will be interacting with drivers, staff, and management regularly.
