Job Description
Citihomes Builder and Development, Inc is seeking a qualified Move-In Supervisor to oversee the success of our move-in services. The ideal candidate will ensure CHIA targets are met, maintain CHIA aging reports, and update construction status reports. Strong customer service skills are essential, as this role involves engaging with brokers, agents, and buyers. Coordination between Construction and Move-In Site teams is required.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field and at least two years of supervisory experience in move-in/turnover services within the real estate sector. The position is based in Imus, Cavite.
