Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Being the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries & issues.
- Troubleshooting price streaming, service outages, order executions, and more.
- Assisting with trading platforms and setups on FX & crypto exchanges.
Our requirements:
- Solid understanding of trading concepts and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of FX brokerage and crypto exchange operations is a plus.
- Fluency in English and effective client communication skills.
Ideal candidate:
Excited about backend trading systems, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 60 months
Pay: Php86,070.00 – Php143,451.00 per month
