Job Description
Job Summary: We invite you to join our innovative team at Cognizant as a Multi-Channel Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will excel in a fast-paced environment while keeping abreast of policy updates and changes.
Responsibilities: Your duties will include communicating policy updates, mentoring team members, and collaborating effectively within your team. You will also conduct policy refresh sessions, demonstrate proficiency in basic Excel skills, and adapt to a 24/7 work environment, especially during night shifts. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons is essential. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-time PE and SPE Data role, coupled with excellent English communication skills, is required.
