Job Description
We are seeking a Multi‑Platform E‑Commerce Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue across marketplaces, social commerce, and web channels. You will plan and execute cross‑channel marketing, optimize listings and advertising campaigns, analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS), run A/B tests, and partner with merchandising and operations to scale assortment.
- 3+ years of e‑commerce growth experience
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel
- Experience with Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, paid social, and conversion rate optimization
- Data‑driven, proactive, and results‑oriented
