Job Description
Blue Collar Manpower Services, Inc. seeks a qualified Multi‑Skilled Technician. Technical‑vocational graduates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management are preferred. This full‑time, permanent role is based on‑site in Taguig.
- Inspect common areas and MEP rooms; perform hourly equipment monitoring and logging
- Troubleshoot air conditioning, generators, elevators, and pumps
- Support preventive maintenance and monitor fit‑out compliance
- Record electrical and water meter readings; report issues and respond to emergencies
- Driver’s license and Senior High/Service Technician experience preferred
Salary: Php 25,00–30,00 per month. Reliable commute or willingness to relocate required.
