Job Description
Citihomes Builder and Development, Inc. is currently seeking a committed Multi-Skilled Technician to enhance our team. This position involves conducting regular inspections of building equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, managing air conditioning systems, and executing preventive maintenance on both electrical and mechanical apparatus.
Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma and have between 1 to 4 years of relevant maintenance experience. Proficiency in welding and carpentry will be considered a plus. A solid understanding of generator operations and fire safety systems is mandatory. Applicants must be available to work in General Trias, Cavite.
