Job Description
– At least high school graduate
– Preferably housekeeping NC II holder
– With experience in both positions: Electrician and Labor/Mason/Painter
– Computer literate
– With experience
– Trainable
– Provides completion report for repairs done
– Provides proper timelines as to when would be the target completion date for every repair/project.
– Shall perform other tasks when needed.
Job Type: Full-time

- 8 hour shift
