Job Description

Facilities Managers, Inc. is actively seeking a committed Multi-Skilled Technician to enhance our team. The ideal applicant should be a high school graduate or hold a vocational certificate in LRAC/EIM/HVAC.

Candidates are required to have relevant experience in maintaining electrical and electromechanical equipment, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems. The ability to thrive in high-pressure situations is crucial, and preference will be given to those with an NC11 certification.

We provide full-time positions within an 8-hour shift arrangement. Additional compensation includes a 13th-month salary and overtime pay. This position requires in-person work at our facility.
