Job Description
- With 1 year of experience in a Semiconductor company facilities.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Perform repairs to building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facility.
- Regularly inspect and maintain machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized equipment servicing.
