Job Description

Stefanini, Inc is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Multilingual Helpdesk Technician to join our team. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users via telephone, email, or web chat.

Your main duties will include:

  • Providing technical end-user support based on standard procedures.
  • Resolving end-user problems through restorative or maintenance actions.
  • Responding to end-user problems promptly and efficiently.
  • Recording incidents and calls accurately in the database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or vocational education in IT-related courses is a plus.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of college education or completion of a Diploma/Certificate course.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong customer service and technical support skills.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding performance criteria.
  • Willingness to handle multiple calls per day when necessary.
  • Proficiency in PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Prior experience in software application support, such as Outlook, is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Technical Support in a BPO setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
