Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Service Desk Analyst fluent in Danish to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to Danish-speaking users, resolving IT issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in both Danish and English, possess a solid understanding of IT systems, and be able to troubleshoot problems efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role and IT certifications are a plus.
