- We are looking for a Japanese-speaking L1 Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Requirements include passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and basic technical troubleshooting abilities.
Qualifications:
- Japanese citizen or permanent resident in the Philippines
- Fluency in Japanese & English
- Customer Service & Support experience
- Detail-oriented with Windows and M365 proficiency
