Job Description
We are seeking a talented Multilingual Service Desk Analyst fluent in Polish to join our team at CGI Group, Inc. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and assistance in Polish. Your responsibilities include resolving IT issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Polish and English, have strong communication skills, and IT knowledge. Prior experience in a help desk or customer service role is preferred.
