Job Description
- 12 months contract (subject for extension – another 12 months contract)
- WFH (must have own equipment, WIFI)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate (4 years) – preferably graduate of IT-related courses but not required
- Experience in payment dispute (chargeback) management/representment and documentation
- Knowledge of chargeback regulations and industry standards
- 1 year’s experience in Trust & Safety or CSR Fraud (with 6 months payment dispute exp)
- Good communication skills
- Tech Savvy
Job Type: Fixed term
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php230,00.00 per month
