Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a My Rewards Advisor SEA1. In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and support to employees regarding their rewards and benefits.
Your main duties will include assisting employees with understanding and maximizing their compensation packages, conducting benefits enrollment sessions, and resolving any issues related to rewards programs.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others navigate their rewards packages.
