Job Description
A Nail Technician is a health and beauty professional who works to improve and decorate a customer’s nails.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate/College level
- Vocational Course in Beauty Care NC II is an advantage
- With pleasing personality
- Must be creative, in order to think expansively about designs for the nails
Job Description:
- Daily duties include providing hand and foot services to customers, such as basic manicure and pedicure, hand and foot massage, artificial nails, gel nails, nail fills, nail repair, nail wraps, nail extension, polygel, and nail polishing.
- Examine and evaluate the condition and appearance of nails to provide advice on proper nail care.
- Must be familiar with diseases and disorders of the nails, as well as all safety procedures and techniques for performing nail services.
- Familiarization of the sterilization equipment and must know how to properly sterilize and sanitize their tools.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed while performing services to the clients.
- Up-sell services.
