Job Description
ADP is seeking a dedicated NAS Talent eI9 Service Center Representative I to manage all calls and service requests for clients utilizing our Electronic I9 products. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, addressing non-technical questions, and ensuring excellent client communication through calls, emails, and our Data-Secured case management system.
Preferred qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Multitasking and leveraging internal resources are essential.
