Responsibilities
- Supervising five direct reports
- Engaging with key accounts and the corporate head office
- Steering a high-performance sales team
- Undertaking 80% fieldwork for market presence and sales expansion
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Group sales, Profitability, Top-line sales, NET sales
Requirements
- Proven track record in National Sales Manager roles within FMCG space
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG, Dry Goods, Snacks, and Confectionary market
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead a diverse team and achieve results
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
