Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our nationwide sales strategy, manage key national accounts, and expand market share. The successful candidate will build and coach a high-performing sales team, set and monitor targets, analyze performance, and drive revenue growth.
- Requirements: 7+ years of B2B sales experience, proven leadership, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM and forecasting.
- Responsibilities: develop regional plans, collaborate with marketing, report to executive leadership, and implement initiatives to grow market presence.
