Job Description
Epic Staffing Group is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented NCLEX Monitor to join our dynamic team. The NCLEX Monitor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the NCLEX preparation processes for nursing students, which includes assessing their progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong nursing background, exceptional communication skills, and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience in teaching or mentoring nursing students is highly regarded.
