We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional support and assist customers with inquiries. This is a non-voice position suitable for newbies!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries
- Resolve issues for customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or ALS Graduate
- Good communication skills
- 6 months BPO experience or fresh college graduates
