Job Description
Global BPO Services is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Netflix Customer Support Chat Agent. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries, address complaints, and provide timely information regarding service options. You will also be responsible for collecting information, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring client satisfaction.
We are hiring full-time, permanent employees, including recent graduates. The monthly salary ranges from Php20,500.00 to Php30,00.00, along with benefits such as flexible schedules, health insurance, and advancement opportunities.
The work schedule consists of an 8-hour shift within a structured shift system. Additional perks include a 13th month salary, anniversary bonus, and performance incentives.
