Job Description

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of IT experience with a specialization in networking
- Proficient in network systems and database management
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support
- Monitor and resolve IT incidents effectively
- Execute technology upgrades and improvements
