Job Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in infrastructure monitoring or network operations center (NOC) environment preferred, familiarity with incident management processes.
- Knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure components, experience with monitoring tools, ability to analyze and interpret system alerts.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, able to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently. Analyze network traffic, logs, and performance metrics to address problems.
- Solid understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and wireless networking.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English communication.
