Job Description
A Network Architect is a professional responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an organization’s computer networks. They are experts in network infrastructure and work to ensure that the network operates efficiently and securely to meet the organization’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning network infrastructure.
- Configuring and installing routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting network issues.
- Implementing security measures to protect the network from cyber threats.
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to integrate network systems.
- Documenting network configurations and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Proven experience in network architecture and design.
