Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
- Communicate with customers and customs representatives on the status of shipments.
- Assist sales with delivery transactions.
- Follow up on details from our Special Partners (SPs).
- Alert inbound deliveries from shipping.
- Process documents.
- Transmit HPOD (proof of delivery) to billing.
- Verify delivered items from SPs (Special Partners).
Position Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Customs Administration, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation, or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Logistics Assistant at a large warehouse.
- Sound knowledge of shipping processes and metrics.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling Logistics/Freight Campaign/Account.
- Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software.
- Business management and administration skills or equivalent.
