Job Description
The Network Development Associate will be solely responsible for the overall management of KIA/Volkswagen Philippines online marketing activation, pertaining to (but not limited to) website upkeep and maintenance; social media administration (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), electronic direct mail, and other special online marketing platforms (i.e autodeal).
Duties:
- Send out monthly maintenance reminders and video links to all customers.
- Performs the monthly dealer-level customer satisfaction survey for all customers.
- Manage Aftersales inquiries/complaints from a website and complaints from all channels.
- Monitor and follow up resolution of customer inquiries and complaints from all channels.
- Implement aftersales promo activities and incentive programs.
- Prepare and monitor payments for aftersales requirements (e.g. Petty Cash, Office supplies, Fleet Card, RFD, Globeplans, etc.)
Requirements:
- Graduate of Marketing Advertising, Mass Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in website management and Microsoft development; adept in social media activation, has a good grasp of website and digital analytics; Collaborative, result-oriented, and performance-driven.
