Job Description
Join ING as a Network Management Associate! We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to oversee the end-to-end process of account opening and closing. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting periodic reviews of account management procedures.
- Developing strong relationships with correspondent banks.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issues.
- Monitoring operational workflows for timely processing.
- Providing regular reports on account activities and relationship status.
