Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides the wide area network infrastructure of the bank with regard to the standard requirement.
- Manages the wide area network infrastructure resources life cycle: acquisition, installation and testing, maintenance (including licenses, updates and upgrades), repair and transfer, disconnection and inventory – according to the standard procedures.
- Monitors the availability, performance and capacity of the wide area network infrastructure.
- Ensures that the safety and security measures on the physical, environmental, and logical components of the wide area network infrastructure are in compliance to the policies of the bank’s various regulatory bodies.
- Complies with the availability of the wide area network infrastructure to user as per the Service Level Agreement.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any four (4) year course related to Information Technology.
- Minimum of two (2) years of working experience as a Network Security Officer.
- Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
