Job Description
We are currently seeking a Network Support Associate to join our team. As a Network Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in maintaining and troubleshooting their network infrastructures.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and configuring computer networks and systems
- Identifying and resolving network issues
- Monitoring network performance and optimizing it
- Collaborating with the team to implement network upgrades and expansions
- Assisting clients in installing and configuring network equipment and software
- Maintaining network documentation and records
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and software. Additionally, excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required to effectively support our clients.
