Job Description
Elevated Plus Inc. is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to manage open orders and pending determinations, close orders upon receipt of determinations, and process daily end-of-day reports (60–80 records). Duties include following up with providers to finalize notes and work statuses, submitting authorization extensions or revisions, and maintaining timely, professional email communication. Candidates must possess strong Excel skills, excellent written and verbal English, organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a collaborative approach. This is a temporary, in-person role in Makati. Compensation: Php25,00/month. A bachelor’s degree and one year of customer service experience are preferred; Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
