Job Description
Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reached at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Candidates need to be conversant in the English language
Job Responsibilities
- May carry out various tasks including responding to customer queries, providing assistance, and offering solutions.
- Inform clients about expert services and determine customer requirements.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to lower-level employees.
