Job Description
Caldwell Communications is constantly seeking candidates to join our team. We are currently hiring for the position of Newbie Friendly – Back Office (Voice/Non-Voice) to start ASAP in our company, Caldwell BPO Luzon.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues effectively on the first contact.
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products.
- Utilize persuasion skills to gain customer buy-in.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share information.
