Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents in our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
The Ticketing Account Representative handles inbound and outbound calls related to ticket sales, reservations, cancellations, and inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls on ticket inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
- Assist with online ticketing platform navigation and tech issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Protect customer data as per protocols.
