Job Description
S&P Global is a leading provider of transparent and independent ratings, benchmarks, analytics, and data to the capital and commodity markets worldwide. Join our newsroom team dedicated to delivering actionable news on financial markets globally. Responsibilities:
- Writing news briefs and features based on press releases and filings.
- Identifying storylines and writing data-driven stories.
- Analyzing data, identifying trends, and creating charts/graphics.
- Gathering and monitoring information from various sources.
- Building a network of industry experts and seeking comments for stories.
- Collaborating with journalists worldwide.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Journalism, Economics, Finance, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
- 0 – 3 years of business news writing experience with data sets.
- High-level English language grammar skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Open to hybrid work setup and EMEA/APAC shifts.
