Job Description
Your Role:
- Provide customer service regarding collection issues.
- Monitor and maintain assigned accounts.
- Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
- Prepare statements of accounts.
- Handle customer accounts promptly.
About You:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
- With or without BPO experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Can work onsite and attend interviews in Pasig.
- Residing within Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite.
Job Type: Full-time – Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to Php27,00.00/month
