Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and competent individual to join our team as a NOC Head. As the NOC Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and infrastructure of our Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring the smooth functioning of our network and systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians and engineers to monitor and maintain network operations.
- Design strategies and implement best practices to optimize the performance and availability of network systems.
- Monitor network performance, identifying and resolving network issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, documentation, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
To qualify for this position, you must possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, equipment, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
