Job Description
The role of a NOC Network Manager is to oversee the operations and maintenance of a company’s network infrastructure. This includes managing and coordinating the activities of the Network Operations Center (NOC) team, ensuring the network’s smooth functioning, and resolving any issues that may arise.
The NOC Network Manager is responsible for monitoring network performance, analyzing data, and implementing improvements as needed. They must also ensure that network security protocols are in place and updated regularly to protect the company’s data and systems.
Additionally, the NOC Network Manager is required to collaborate with other departments, such as IT support and engineering, to troubleshoot network problems and implement network expansion plans. Strong leadership and communication skills are crucial in this role as the manager will supervise a team of network specialists and technicians.
