Job Description
We are currently seeking for a highly skilled and experienced NOC Specialist to join our team. As a NOC Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our network operations center, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and be familiar with various network monitoring tools, as well as possess excellent problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving network issues, performing system troubleshooting, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
Additionally, the NOC Specialist will be responsible for documenting all system events and actions taken, as well as providing regular reports on network and system performance. You will also need to maintain a solid understanding of network protocols, configurations, and security measures.
