Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a NOC Support Tier 2. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in troubleshooting network and system issues.
Key responsibilities include monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, escalating problems as needed, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in networking, experience with various operating systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
