Job Description
Landers Superstore (Balintawak) is seeking a dedicated Non-Food Supervisor to oversee stock clerks, merchandisers, and forklift operators. This role involves guiding your team to enhance efficiency, sending expiry reports to the Buying team, and managing promotional requests for near-expiry items.
Your responsibilities will also include ensuring proper stock management, pricing, and communicating effectively with Buyers. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant industry experience and the ability to manage blue-collar employees.
Qualifications include familiarity with SAP and Receiving, a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, and fluency in Filipino and English.
