Job Description

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Non-Voice Account Call Center Agents. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through non-voice channels such as email and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly and effectively through non-voice channels.
  • Providing accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Assisting customers with problem-solving and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Handling customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating relevant information in the database.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good typing speed and computer literacy.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
