Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Non Voice Account Customer Service Representatives in Alabang.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers through various non-voice channels, such as email, chat, or social media platforms. Your primary tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, providing product or service information, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also have good problem-solving abilities, be customer-oriented, and have a patient and friendly demeanor. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
