Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents for Non-voice Account / Customer Care Account – Weekends Off in our Metro sites at Hiring Hub – Sapient Careers.
Position Overview:
This position involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product/service information, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process customer requests for account changes, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
- Stay informed about product updates, new features, and promotions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
