Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience is required for applicants with less than 2 years of College education.
- Good to Excellent Communications Skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers on outstanding issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Assist customers with technical support on the food delivery app or website.
- Encourage customers to try new items or offers.
- Adhere to call center guidelines and quality standards.
